2013 started out with Pete trying to do a jump to commemorate the Battle for Bure in The Ardennes in early 1945 (too foggy). Pete got trips in to Dubai and Rennes in Brittany :-) At Easter, Pete and The Girls did 2½ stages of the Eiffelstieg, from Monschau to Gemund, passing Vogelsang on the way, ...man it was cold ! -6C the first night !! Pete then got a trip in to Johannesburg (first time ever in the RSA !) where he met up with Kgomotso again :-) We visited Moike for his 50th bithday party, and Katka's Handball team represented Wallonia in the Belgian National Finals for their age group (Flanders won it). Pete did his annual trek to SanFrancisco, got in a trip to Sweden (Uppsala), then Pete and The Girls drove down to Antibes for their Summer holiday, where we did: rafting on the Verdon; sunning on the beach; kayaking on Golfe Juan; sight-seeing in Cannes and Monaco :-D Ilona did a photoshoot with The Girls, on the roof of her office in Aachen, then at her place. Pete visited: Oktoberfest, Warsaw, San Francisco (again), Dubai, and Doha. Then it was time for us to meet up with Moike and his girls to visit a Weihnachtsmarkt (Aachen this time).
